Kim Zolciak’s Daughter Brielle Biermann’s Range Rover Repossessed Due to Financial Woes

Court documents have revealed that Brielle Biermann, daughter of reality TV star Kim Zolciak, is facing repossession of her Range Rover amid ongoing financial struggles within the Zolciak-Biermann family.

According to the affidavit obtained by PEOPLE, Brielle, 27, has been named in a foreclosure lawsuit filed by Ally Bank, which has awarded repossession of the luxury car due to past due payments amounting to $83,969.35. The monthly payments on the vehicle were supposed to be $1,903, and both Brielle and her mother Kim were named in the suit.

This latest legal issue adds to a series of financial troubles faced by the Zolciak-Biermann family. In November, Kim’s husband, Kroy Biermann, was ordered to surrender his $400,000 Rolls-Royce after a lawsuit from BMW, alleging non-payment dating back to September 2022. Brielle herself was named in a lawsuit from American Express in 2023 for defaulting on over $12,000 in credit card payments, although the lawsuit was later dismissed without prejudice.

In February 2023, news broke that the Zolciak-Biermann home in Georgia would be subject to foreclosure after allegedly defaulting on a $1.65 million loan. Although Kim denied claims of foreclosure as a “misunderstanding,” the couple eventually listed the property for sale for $6 million in October, with the price later reduced to $4.5 million. The couple’s relationship status has also been tumultuous, with mutual divorce filings in May 2023 followed by a reconciliation in July, only for Kroy to file for divorce again in August.

Despite the family’s financial challenges, there have been moments of joy. Brielle recently announced her engagement to minor league baseball player Billy Seidl, a moment celebrated by Kim on Instagram in February.

As the Zolciak-Biermann family navigates these financial difficulties, the repossession of Brielle’s Range Rover serves as another reminder of the challenges they face.
