‘Pokémon Legends Z-A’ Takes Trainers to Kalos in 2025 – Pokémon Day Highlights

Pokémon Day 2024 marked the celebration of 28 years of Pokémon, and The Pokémon Company did not disappoint fans with its latest announcements during the Pokémon Presents showcase. One of the highlights is the unveiling of the much-anticipated game, ‘Pokémon Legends Z-A,’ set to transport Trainers to the Kalos region in 2025.

The showcase kicked off with love for Scarlet and Violet, introducing new Tera Raids featuring the original three starters’ final evolutions. Pokémon Go enthusiasts can look forward to a collaboration with Pokémon Horizons, while Pokémon Sleep introduces new Pokémon, including all three legendary dogs – Raikou, Entei, and Suicune. Pokémon Masters, Café, and Unite also had exciting new Pokémon announcements.

A significant digital TCG experience is on the horizon with the Pokémon TCG Pocket app for iPhones, set to launch later this year. The app aims to bring the physical trading card game to smartphones, with free daily packs to open, preemptively addressing potential loot box controversies.

Scheduled for release in 2025, this installment teases the return of Mega Evolutions, a feature unseen for years.
